I was born on the 4th of May in Prague.

During my primary school studies I took lessons at art school – a recorder course, and took part in the school choir.

Since I was 16, I have taken a deeper interest in guitar playing. I gradually started taking private lessons with Mr & "Master" Stanislav Měchura, Mr Mirek Grunda and Mr Marek Šmaus. After passing the course at the Summer Jazz Workshops of 1997 and 1998, I was taught by Mr Zdeněk Fišer.

In 1997 I matriculated at secondary school (Common Cuisine) trained as a professional chef.

At the same time my first musical group, Má Paní, emerges and is dissolved in the second half of the year 1999

Next I try to put together the Genesis Revival band, yet the realization of this project does not work out, neither does my cooperation with Mr Jan Vytásek nor the further attempts to come out with a band of my own.

In the autumn of 2001 I leave the country to work in Scotland, where I am to stay for 4 months. After my return I start work at Talacko Sheet Music store and part-time at the Recording Studio Hostivař.

Halfway through 2002 I become a member of Brand New Band.

In December 2002 I join QuarterStorm.

In the summer of 2004 I become involved in The Wall project.

In the autumn of 2004 I start cooperating with Mr Jan Vytásek once again, under the name Blackbird.
